The Parish Council owns and maintains:

The Old School and Old School House and car park

St Judith's Field and Car Park

The Garage and the Old Lock Up on The Green

The Green

The Parish Council maintains the play park in Green End Road, the land is owned by the County Council.

The Bowls Club is maintained by members of Sawtry Bowls Club who pay rent to the Parish Council. The Parish Council lease the land from the County Council.

The Parish Council own Greenfield and the Fishing Lake off the Old Great North Road. This is leased and maintained by Sawtry Sports and Leisure Association.
